We monitor comparable market wages and adjust ours accordingly.
Through our flex spending accounts, an associate can also choose to have a fixed dollar amount taken out of each paycheck on a pre-tax basis and placed in an account to cover out-of-pocket health care costs, reducing tax obligation.

Furthering your education in any area of study is important, too – and we encourage it by paying 100% of tuition and book costs when associates earn a grade of A or B, and 50% with a C.

We also distribute a bi-annual associate survey and provide a suggestion box to encourage feedback and on-going communication. The results? Improved benefits and happier employees!

The folk-rock song "Cat's in the Cradle," which tells the story of a father too busy to spend time with his son, is the best known song by American singer/songwriter Harry Chapin and appeared on his 1974 album Verities & Balderdash. It was written by Harry’s wife Sandy long before the birth of their son Joshua and, as the story goes, Harry wasn’t interested in recording the song until after Joshua's birth – when he realized how much the song meant to him.
