Employee Benefits & Rewards
Once you’re a full-timer and have completed standard waiting periods, you can begin enjoying CL&D Digital’s comprehensive benefits, including:
• Health & dental insurance
• Long-term disability & life insurance (company-paid)
• Paid holidays and vacation
• 401K retirement plan with match
• Profit sharing
• Flex spending accounts
• Tuition & book reimbursement
• Flexibility in variety of shift offerings
• Direct payroll deposit
• Company cell phone plan
• On- and off-site training seminars
• Employee assistance programs
We monitor comparable market wages and adjust CL&D pay accordingly.
Through our flex spending accounts, an associate can also choose to have a fixed dollar amount taken out of each paycheck on a pre-tax basis and placed in an account to cover out-of-pocket health care costs, reducing tax obligation.
Furthering your education in any area of study is important, too – and we encourage it by paying 100% of tuition and book costs when associates earn a grade of A or B, and 50% with a C. Packaging seminars are offered from time to time, too, to keep CL&D employees on their toes.
We also distribute a bi-annual associate survey and provide a suggestion box to encourage feedback and on-going communication. The results? Improved benefits and happier CL&D employees!
Good pay and solid benes are nice, but what about the fun stuff that really sets CL&D Digital apart? Let’s face it – when we work hard, we all want recognition. (And little things really do mean a lot.)
Gobble up these gifts.
Generous gifts are given during the holidays, on your birthday, and on other special occasions, including weddings and the arrival of new babies. On Thanksgiving, CL&D even contributes to your feast. There’s an annual Christmas party, too – and everyone gets a $50 gift certificate.
Finder’s keepers.
Know and bring a tiger person on board and you’ll get a $500 finder’s fee – once your one-of-a kind “find” puts in six months of service.
Strong as steel-toe boots.
After 90 days of service, we’ll pick up 50% of the tab (up to $50) on steel-toe boots purchased and worn to work by associates. Please note that wearing these boots is not a safety requirement.
Can you ever have enough tees?
Probably, but these are special – they sport our snappy company logo on them. You get three after 90 days of service, and additional shirts and apparel may be purchased at discounted prices.

The folk-rock song "Cat's in the Cradle," which tells the story of a father too busy to spend time with his son, is the best known song by American singer/songwriter Harry Chapin and appeared on his 1974 album Verities & Balderdash. It was written by Harry's wife Sandy long before the birth of their son Joshua and, as the story goes, Harry wasn't interested in recording the song until after Joshua's birth - when he realized how much the song meant to him. |
